We’ll tell you when your strategy won’t work, even if it means less revenue for us. As an example, a large minority of M&A integration doesn’t realize the full value proposition. Well meaning, and well intentioned AI projects end up costing more time and resources. We’ve lived through these transitions, from IC to VP level. We know from our real life experience what actually works.

Capability Transfer, Not Dependency

Success means you don’t need us anymore for the specific engagement we started with. We will transition the LCM (life cycle management), not just the results. If you’re still calling us years later after we finish, for very basic decisions, we’ve failed.

For over 30 years, in roles ranging from Systems Analysis ICs to Executive level (VP) across HPC infrastructure, distributed scaleout and multi-cloud platforms, to AI enablement of enterprises.

We’ve handled lifecycle ops to greenfield efforts to creating innovations in IT that our engineers never thought possible. We’ve managed, and outgrown vendor lock-in. We’ve watched M&A integrations slow down - because strategic partners optimized for engagement length. We’ve also moved them faster - some of the largest integrations to our credit, in some of the most technical industries. We have learnt our lessons - that relentless execution culture beats strategy for breakfast.

Our practice exists because we have lived through the realization that enterprises deserve better.
